Corean Reynolds – City of Boston Director of Nightlife Economy
As the pioneering director of nightlife economy for the city of Boston, Corean brings a wealth of experience and a passion for fostering an equitable and thriving community. Previously, she served as the director of economic inclusion at the Boston Foundation, focusing on policy, advocacy, and research to create a more inclusive business ecosystem. Recognized as an El Mundo 2022 Latino 30 Under 30 recipient, Corean has championed community empowerment through her service on various boards and committees. With a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from Michigan State University, she is dedicated to building a vibrant and sustainable nightlife economy in Boston. We are thrilled to have her expertise and vision as part of our team, helping us inspire social change through music.
Leah Harsfield – National Development Principal, Director of Asset Management and Leasing
Leah, a principal at National Development, brings extensive expertise in life science, office, industrial, and retail sectors. Since joining National Development in 2013 and being named principal in 2021, she has directed real estate leasing strategies for new acquisitions, developments, and key existing assets. Leah collaborates with the investment team to make informed decisions based on market factors and plays a leadership role in identifying and integrating new industry trends. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the George Washington University and is actively involved with NAIOP MA and Commercial Women in Real Estate (CREW). We are eager to benefit from Leah's strategic expertise and leadership as we continue to elevate the voices of our young singers and expand our impact in the community.
