Bailee Green, teaching assistant for the Boston Children’s Chorus, is a singer and educator originally from Mississippi. A choral conducting graduate student at the New England Conservatory of Music, their teaching philosophy is built upon the belief that all children deserve the right to discover and unlock the music within. Bailee received their Bachelor’s of Music Education degree from the University of Southern Mississippi where they fostered a love for conducting and music theory while striving to amplify the voices of LGBTQ+ identities in the music education field. Bailee’s previous experiences with teaching include both middle school and high school show choir groups. Bailee is delighted to return for this upcoming season and looks forward to cultivating a diverse and empathetic choral atmosphere. In their spare time, Bailee loves crocheting, thrifting, and trying out new food spots!
