Perla Lara is a Boston native and HR professional. With a background in non-profits, program coordination, and recruiting, she brings a high level of organization to BCC. As the Executive Assistant, she supports the Executive Director with scheduling and other administrative responsibilities.

Perla has her BA in Sociology and Environmental Studies from Boston College. In her free time, she likes to enjoy nature by going on hikes or heading to the beach.
