Gaby King Morse is joining the Boston Children’s Chorus as its new Executive Director in January 2027. Gaby brings over 25 years of experience as a visionary leader across the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. As a parent whose son was transformed by his time in BCC, her commitment to BCC’s mission is deeply personal. She has witnessed firsthand how a culture of excellence can inspire singers across 100 zip codes to realize the power of their collective voices.

Gaby currently leads the Center for Women & Enterprise (CWE) as the President & CEO. She and her staff provide training and technical assistance to women entrepreneurs across New England. CWE also partners with regional and national organizations to influence policies and systems that support women entrepreneurs.

Throughout her career, Gaby has dedicated herself to impactful social enterprises, including Discovering Justice, City Year, Crossroads for Kids, uAspire, and CWE. During her nine-year tenure at uAspire, she was part of a leadership team that transformed the organization into a national expert in college affordability, helping students and families access affordable higher education. Under her leadership, uAspire’s annual budget grew from $2 million to $9 million.

She holds a degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Babson College. Gaby also co-founded Fernwood Cove, a private all-girls summer camp in Maine. Her philosophy is to work hard, play, and laugh a lot!
